- ✓ Clear Criminal Record Check (valid within 6 months)
- ✓ Clear Adult Abuse Registry Check (valid within 6 months)
- ✓ Clear Child Abuse Registry Check, where applicable
- ✓ Relevant healthcare certificate, licence, or experience
- ✓ Professional references (minimum two)
